He is well renowned in the field of Orthopedics with over 45 Years of post M.S experience in key orthopedic domains including General orthopedic, joint replacements and spinal surgeries. Dr. Agrawal has had the honor of being the ex-Orthopedic Surgeon to the President of Yemen. He has worked as a Sr. Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon for state of Kuwait in yemen. He worked as honorary professor of orthopedics at university of Aden. Many undergraduate/post graduate students have been trained under him in India & abroad.

He has completed his MBBS from Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College, Indore, India in 1968 and MS – Orthopaedics from the reputed All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India in 1973
