Dr Subhash Chandra is one of the most reputed Cardiologists in India. He has a rich experience of more than 25 years in the field contributed immensely to the training and growth of cardiology in India and neighboring SAARC countries. He had the honour to serve as the personal physician to Honable Prime Minister of India (Shri P.V. Narasimha Rao 1994-1998). He pursued his D.M. in Cardiology from the country’s premier institution – All India Institute of Medical Science, New Delhi in 1991 and went on to serve as faculty member at AIIMS till 1998. He was trained at Washington University Hospital, USA and pursued Fellow courses for enhanced learning in AICD, Biventricular pacemaker implantation and Carotid stenting in France and Belgium Dr. Chandra is a recipient of the prestigious Sujoy B. Roy and Col. K.L. Chopra young investigator award by the Cardiology Society of India.
